Para comemorar a chegada aos 1000 likes na nossa página do facebook, e agora que Joana vai estar em Moçambique durante os próximos dois meses a fazer voluntariado, decidimos fazer uma surpresa com a giveaway de uma cuff para o cabelo! So just put a ring on it...

One shirt, two ways.

DIO sessions I: Neon

All you need: bracelets (or any kind of accessories), neon spray paint and hairspray.

We've been hooked to neon for a long time now. So, to fulfill our addiction we (ourselves and our friend Maria) decided to paint either our entire wardrobe neon or some accessories: we went with accessories (just because it was quicker). We went hunting for some cool/cheesy/tacky bracelets and we did find them: tcharan!

They just seemed to fit our purpose perfectly. The more cheap-looking, the best! Here's Maria rocking the tacky look.

 Since our idea was to paint over with neon, we bought a spray can of yellow neon color. 

 

We did the first layer, let it rest for 10 minutes and repeated the process twice. 

At the end, let it rest for 30 minutes and then spray it all over with loads of hairspray (to fix the color and make it last longer). This was our final result:

A pretty easy and cheap way to neonize your accessories! Hope you enjoy it.
